1:1 / Skype / audio / video chat, phone consultations in UK and worldwide.
Includes comprehensive health improvement plan and recommendations, free healthy eating, resources and information guides. Fee includes practitioner time for pre and post consultation, administration, lab request processing, results analysis and individual client research. All supplements and any laboratory testing fees are in addition to the initial consultation fee.

These will be discussed in consultation and if needed, can include comprehensive stools analysis, thyroid, adrenals, hormones, heavy metal toxicity, EBV, mycotoxins, Lyme, Vitamin D and much more.

Includes 90 minutes of Monique’s time providing support and guidance by phone or Skype over the 2 week period, and comprehensive information including recipes, meal plans, supplements, protein powder and lots more (payable in advance)

• Users are requested to bring 3 towels to their sauna session

First appointment includes a half hour evaluation and suitability assessment and a half hour IonCleanse session
